Public Meeting to Address Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Drugs

Regulatory Update: Stakeholder’s Meeting on the Proposed Regulatory Proposal on Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Drugs
The Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board (“Board”) along with the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Program (“Program”) is in the process of drafting regulations to address occupational exposure to hazardous drugs in Maryland. Prior to starting the formal regulatory adoption process, the Board and the Program are seeking input from interested stakeholders. You can download the draft regulation by clicking this link.
On Wednesday, September 11, 2013, there will be a public meeting for interested stakeholders to provide comments to the draft regulation. The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. in the auditorium at 300 W. Preston Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. Please
note that only on-street parking is available. We hope that the members of your association will attend. If members are unable to attend, written comments may be submitted by September 11th to dstone@dllr.state.md.us.
