Regulatory Update: Stakeholder’s Meeting on the Proposed Regulatory Proposal on Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Drugs

The Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board (“Board”) along with the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Program (“Program”) is in the process of drafting regulations to address occupational exposure to hazardous drugs in Maryland. Prior to starting the formal regulatory adoption process, the Board and the Program are seeking input from interested stakeholders. You can download the draft regulation by clicking this link.
