Attached is Section 4 of the ‘Buy Local’ Report of the MD H2E Sustainable Food Newsletter.
This section continues to highlight those hospitals that participated in the 2009 Buy Local Challenge by
purchasing and serving local foods, engaging their employees in eating at least one local food each day
for a week, and hosting onsite farmers’ markets.
