His presentation will look at global and national trends that may impact out local commercial real estate market in the coming year, as well as factors driving the growth of green building.

Sandtown Habitat for Humanity, Under Armour and USGBC MD have partnered in a very cool project in building a sustainable house to be a model for affordable housing. The project team is aiming for a LEED Platinum Certification!
Experience with spray foam insulation, brick laying and fiber-cement siding is a plus.
