The mission of the Chesapeake Food Leadership Council is to engage food service professionals in sharing best practices, networking and learning, implementing strategic purchasing solutions throughout the supply chain, and advocating for policies that support access to healthier local sustainable foods for hospitals, other institutions and the communities they serve.

From the Northwest:
Follow I-270 South; merge to I-495 toward Washington. Follow I-495 to Exit 31A, Georgia Avenue-Wheaton (Route 97); exit carefully (there
is no merge area). Go to the first traffic light and turn right onto Forest Glen Road. Follow several blocks to Holy Cross Hospital on the right.
From the Northeast:
Follow I-95 South toward Washington; merge to I-495 toward Silver Spring. Follow to Exit 31A, Georgia Avenue-Wheaton (Route 97 North); exit carefully (there is no merge area). Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Forest Glen Road. Follow several blocks to Holy Cross Hospital on the right.
Metro:
Montgomery County Ride On bus service is available from the Forest Glen Metro to Holy Cross Hospital. Take the #8 bus to Holy Cross Hospital. Holy Cross Hospital is five blocks from the Forest Glen (red Line) metro station.
Hospital Parking:
Our parking garage is located to the left of the main hospital entrance. Valet parking is available at the main entrance. Holy Cross Hospital charges for parking, Patients and visitors receive thefirst hour of parking free, $2.00 for the second hour and $1.00 for each additional hour – up to a maximum of $6 per day.
Please be aware that street parking in the community surrounding the hospital is by resident permit only. Hospital patients, visitors and meeting participants who park on the community streets risk being ticketed or towed by the county.
How to Get to the EDU 1 Meeting Room at Holy Cross Hospital:
The Meeting is in Education Room 1 (EDU 1) – Enter Lobby through the West Concourse, EDU 1 is the first room on right.
